Fishers gins are defined by their unique botanical line-up. Including Cardamom, Caraway and Fennel Seed paired with rarer coastal plants like Bog Myrtle, Rock Samphire, Wood Avens and Spignel.

The resulting spirit is unmistakably savoury with distinct herbal and saline, coastal notes.

Stokes make everything to their own treasured recipes in the Old Stable, Rendlesham. Some of their classics are traditional, proven and delicious. Others challenge tradition, creating refreshingly scrumptious variations on conventional compositions.

The difference is — delicious…

We went here with friends. The Sunday roast was superb. We called before hand to make sure that they were happy to serve someone with Coeliac disease and they said no problem. The meal was delicious and not a single issue after with cross contamination of food. The servers were professional and polite. In this difficult time for pubs especially, it proves that if you are good you'll survive. Thank you, we'll definitely be back.
