Welcome to The Anchor Woodbridge
The Anchor is a traditional quayside pub run by a tight knit team which is more like a small family.
The building dates back to as early as the 1700s in some parts and boasts old world charm, a roaring fire during the colder months, original dark wood and flagstone floors, a mix match of dark wooden furniture, all adding together to offer an unbeatable atmosphere and place for people to relax and enjoy some drinks or a meal out.
We serve a selection of Greene King cask ales and have been awarded the Cask Marque for their quality and are members of The Greene King Head Brewers Club, a collection of superior Greene King cask ale pubs chosen by their Head Brewer John Bexon.
We produce all our food freshly on the premises, sourcing as much of our ingredients as locally as possible. We are happy to cater for large groups to individuals and can provide bespoke menus on request, all you need to do is ask.
